After a 31-year career as a high school art teacher, I “retired” only to discover a whole new calling. Since then, I’ve earned multiple life coaching certifications, become a certified Human Design Specialist, and even published my book Mom On A Shelf, sharing my own journey of rediscovering confidence, purpose, and joy.
At 62, I’ve combined everything life has taught me into my role as a Personal Expansion Life Coach. I help women over 50 break free from limiting beliefs, reconnect with their strengths, and create aligned, sustainable change.
