One-on-One Coaching: If you're seeking happiness, purpose, and change in your life, one-on-one individual coaching is the perfect answer. Life coaching is a partnership where we work together to identify obstacles that are holding you back. We'll examine your beliefs and desires, define aligned and attainable goals, and develop strategies to keep you on track. I'll help you target your unique desires, skills, and gifts. By partnering with me as your life coach, you'll receive the guidance and support that you need to achieve long-lasting change.
What's included?
- 45-60 minute private one on one coaching either In-person or online.
- Human Design Chart as a tool. (full readings are a separate service)
- Phone or video call support between sessions (as needed)
- Email support between sessions (as needed)
- Resource materials provided along the way to insure your success!
